Free Software
Here is some free software programs I suggest you get as they will help with your productivity. We will provide some tutorials on them later.
You should never let windows manage yorr downloads as quite often it can corrupt the files. This software will also let you schedule any downloads which is a great feature.
Make calls from your computer – free to other people on Skype and cheap to phones and mobiles around the world. We use skype a lot to support you as it is free between skype users.
I also suggest if you are an IE user that you download Firefox as it is a lot safer browser to use and has a lot more features than Internet Explorer.

There is a lot of information delivered in PDF format and so you will need a PDF reader to be able to read this format. You don’t need the latest version but get 6 or better.
