Australian businesses learning the value of content.

ferarriMany Australian businesses have invested quite a lot of money into their online websites hoping to generate traffic, leads and eventually an increase in sales.

In a recent survey it was found that, unfortunately, this has not been the case for the majority of businesses and the main reason is the lack of content.

They have a Volkswagen of a site instead of a Ferarri.

Search engines and people give more creedence to a site that has a continual flow of content but what we see with many of the business sites is they were built and then just left to gather dust.

There is a saying in the Online Marketing world which is “Content is King”

What a lot of businesses are finding is that if they add a blog to their site or create a new one and start telling people about their products and services, in a non sales way, then their sites are starting to grow an audience and bring in traffic.

Add to that some ways to capture proples name and addresses and link to some good offline strategies then their sites are starting to rank and do the things they were designed to.

Content does not have to be hype and technically correct.

It has to engage the reader, be simple and to the point.

Many people get scared of adding content however people looking for your products and services want answers and by doing a little research and just writing a couple of paragraphs every few days you will see a dramatic change in your sites performance.

If you need help setting this all up why not contact us and let us show you what we can do. We can help with blogs, content and revaming your current site.
